Completed in April 2017, Cirqua is a diverse apartment building with 42 apartments. The amenity of dwellings, the quality of build, sustainability and a strong 'sense of place' were the key drivers of this project.

With a bold and stylish design to complement the rich heritage of Ivanhoe, Cirqua has been inspired by history to create a timeless place to live that is synonymous with Ivanhoe.
